Community Workshops
Freemind Well-being CIC have offered a number of workshops and regular “Drop-in” sessions to members of the public who would like to learn more about:
- Understanding mental health, well-being and Recovery
- What creates and maintains mental health and well-being
Who are they for?
For those interested in enhancing their current levels and understanding of well-being. This can be in direct relation to parenting, relationships, workforce and personal. Also for those who are experiencing mild, moderate or severe mental/emotional health concerns as a result of issues relating to parenting/caring, workforce, substance use, social exclusion, abuse, marital/relationship problems, behavioural problems or mental distress.
- A greater personal understanding of what creates and maintains your mental health and well-being for you
- How to listen and respond when things go wrong
- Increased knowledge of personal and local resources
- A clear personal understanding that provides you with a point of reference or grounding when things become unclear.
- An understanding that deepens and matures over time, leading to increased confidence and grounding
- An increased sense of ease and general well-being
